About our services

SkyBear Labs provides AI consulting and custom application development. The Site is informational only. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement — such as a proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement — signed by both parties. That agreement defines the scope, fees, deliverables, timelines, warranties, and other terms of the engagement. If anything in a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Use of the Site

Intellectual property

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
